Please note a deposit goes toward all future scheduled appointments. This serves as a missed appointment fee, which is donated to providing free acupuncture in the community and covering the difference in cost for patients participating in the Reduced Fee Treatment Program.

If you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance, the fee will either be refunded or applied to your next visit. Please allow 7 business days for refunds. By scheduling an appointment at Laughing Tao, you agree to this policy.

Please note that if you would only like a Chinese medicine herbal formula without an acupuncture treatment, the meeting and intake, as well as any follow-up appointments with your clinician, will still cost $110, in addition to the fee for the herbal formula. Reduced fee treatment program available. Booked only by phone or in person.

A Note
**All treatments, except for Chinese Herbal Formula Assessments, may include an additional therapy of cupping, scraping massage, Chinese massage, E-stimulation with acupuncture needles, bloodletting, or warming therapy at no additional cost. While you may ask for additional therapies as part of your treatment, the implementation of these therapies as part of your treatment ultimately lies with your clinician and the diagnosis they have made.**
